Ivan began his career in sales working in the insurance industry, where he accomplished to gain trust and confidence of his clients. He developed his customer service skills through management and one-on-one relationships rendering him an unquestionable candidate of honesty and resourcefulness. Moving on, Ivan branched into commercial retail construction where he not only learned how to bid and negotiate million-dollar contracts but also learned about managing the building process of a project from start to finish.
Aside from experience, Ivan holds a tight grasp of marketing and technology skills that have helped him create a strong database, allowing him to efficiently track and record financial and analytical details for each portfolio.
